What Gallium is

Gallium is market intelligence for recruitment agencies. It reads public sources about companies — registers, planning data, tenders, and what firms publish themselves — and turns that into signals, briefs and forecasts for your niche. It does not place candidates and it is not a guarantee of business.

Intelligence, not guarantees

Gallium tells you what the market looks like and what we think happens next. Signals and forecasts are intelligence, not promises: sources can be wrong, late or incomplete, and a forecast is a judgement, not a fact. Use Gallium to decide where to look first — the decisions you make, and the business you do on the back of them, are yours. Gallium is not legal, financial or professional advice.

Your account

Keep your sign-in details to yourself and give us accurate account information. Your account is for your agency's own use — don't share access with people outside it. You are responsible for what happens under your login.

The free trial

Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial on the full engine, no card required. When the trial ends your workspace goes read-only — nothing is deleted, and nothing is charged, because we never had a card to charge. Subscribe and you pick up exactly where you left off.

Billing and cancelling

Subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe, and your card details never touch our servers. No contracts, no notice period: cancel whenever you like and you are billed nothing further — your access runs to the end of the period you've paid for. Prices include any add-ons you choose, such as extra industries. If we ever change a price, we'll tell you by email at least 30 days before it affects you. VAT applies where the law says it does.

What's yours

Everything you put into Gallium — your pipeline notes, candidate details and niche setup — stays yours. If you enter personal data about a candidate, you're responsible for having the right to use it; we process it only to run the service, as described in our privacy policy.

What's ours

The platform, the engine and the aggregated market data are ours. Your subscription is a licence to use them, not ownership. Fair use means: don't bulk-export or scrape the platform to resell the data, don't use Gallium to build a competing dataset or product, and don't use it for anything unlawful.

Availability

We work to keep Gallium fast and available, and we ship improvements continuously. We don't promise uninterrupted service, and features may evolve — if we ever materially reduce what your plan includes, we'll tell you first.

Ending things

You can cancel and close your account at any time. We can suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or doesn't pay, and we'll say why. When an account closes, we delete its data as set out in the privacy policy.

Liability

To the extent Irish law allows, our total liability to you is capped at the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, and we aren't liable for indirect losses — including business lost on the back of a signal or forecast that didn't pan out. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Changes to these terms

If we make a material change we'll email you before it takes effect. Continuing to use Gallium after that means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, and the Irish courts have jurisdiction. Gallium is built and run in Ireland.
